Japan Diary 2005

Welcome to my diary of my time in Japan for Kangeiko (cold training) with the Japan Karate Shotokai. This is meant to be informative not technical but an honest diary of my time out there with all of our group . I do hope you enjoy it.

Sat 22nd January
Heathrow Airport, 7am, 18 of us meet up for our epic adventure. The entire team slept well on the plane due to a diet of baileys and ice, whisky and beer. We arrive at Narita airport at 9.00 am Sunday 23rd Jan and effectively lose a day in travel.
